Nurse's Night Out at Jax Cooking Studio

Kindred Hospital North Florida provides a critical level of care for a specific group of patients that have had everything go wrong within their current acute care admissions. We are able to maintain their required hospital level of care while bringing a heightened focus into their complex recovery process. Given the acuity of the patients we serve, who are typically on multiple forms of life support, the skills and compassion of our critical care nurses is paramount. We lean on their expertise to not only sustain life, but to play a pivotal part in the miraculous recoveries of our patients. Kindred Hospital remains dedicated to hope, healing, and recovery. 

We are honored to be able to partner with the First Coast Chapter of AACN to not only celebrate the critical care nurses of Duval, Clay, and St. John's County but to also bring awareness to our level of care and its importance through the continuum of care. I, and our CEO Susan Drago are nurses and truly believe that nursing truly remains the heart of healthcare. Doctors may be in and out, case management, therapy, but nursing remains the constant.
