Medical Surgical RN

HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Medical Surgical RN to join a well-regarded healthcare facility in Tallahassee, FL. This employer is recognized for its excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Gynecologic Surgery.

Schedule: Days and Nights, 3 x 12s with rotating weekends

• Days 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Pay Details:

• Up to $40+ / hour
• depending on experience
• $20,000 sign on bonus
• Shift differentials that stack

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, collecting and analyzing health data to identify accurate diagnoses and clinical needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each patient's condition, goals, and expected outcomes
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments, while providing compassionate support throughout the hospital stay

Required Qualifications:

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1+ year of hospital experience
