HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Cardiac Surgical ICU RN to join a well-regarded healthcare facility in Tallahassee, FL. This employer is recognized for its excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Gynecologic Surgery.

Schedule: Nights, 3 x 12s with rotating weekends

• Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Pay Details:

• Up to $40+ / hour - depending on experience
• $25,000 sign on bonus
• Shift differentials that stack

Daily Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are always maintained
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and post-care instructions to support recovery and understanding
• Deliver attentive, high-quality care with a strong focus on continuous improvement and best practices in patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1+ year of critical care experience
